The Ukrainian football team played two outstanding matches in the UEFA Euro 2024 qualification. In the 5th round, Sergei Rebrov's charges drew with England (1:1) and in the 6th round, they narrowly lost to Italy (2:1). Arguably, the star of both matches was Ukraine's goalkeeper, Heorhiy Bushchan, who, wearing Brave GK Diamond White gloves, successfully fended off the best national teams on the continent. Notably, in the second half of the match against England, the 29-year-old Ukrainian made an incredible save: Bukayo Saka, leader of the English national team and Arsenal, took a powerful shot at Bushchan's goal, but Heorhiy managed to deflect the ball onto the crossbar.

Our Diamond White goalkeeper glove model is a favorite of the Ukrainian national team's goalkeeper. These gloves can be seen on his hands both in national team matches and in Ukrainian Premier League matches.
A distinctive feature of the Brave GK Diamond White gloves is the modified Rollfinger cut. It differs from the well-known Rollfinger in that there is no seam between the middle and index fingers. Also, there are small ventilation holes: in warm weather, these gloves won't feel hot.
Additionally, the Brave GK Diamond White goalkeeper gloves have a special design for the thumb for better grip. Part of the latex from the palm extends onto the thumb, as if covering it: this is done to enhance grip and fixation. The glove model was designed with active input from Heorhiy Bushchan.
Interestingly, the Brave GK Diamond White goalkeeper gloves rank 1st in the sales lineup! A combination of premium materials, modern manufacturing technologies, and unique design have made this model highly popular.

On September 9th, Ukraine ended England's streak of convincing victories in the Euro 2024 qualifiers as a goal from Oleksandr Zinchenko in the first half secured a 1:1 draw.
Zinchenko put Ukraine ahead with a side-footed shot in the 26th minute: in a quick counterattack, Yehor Konoplya received the ball on the flank and passed it to Zinchenko, who slipped past his Arsenal teammate Declan Rice and fired into the near post. This was Ukraine's only shot on target in the game.
Kyle Walker leveled the score with his first goal for the England national team in the 41st minute. Harry Kane brilliantly floated a ball to Walker as he rushed into the Ukrainian box. The English defender controlled the ball with a single touch before positioning himself and beating goalkeeper Heorhiy Bushchan.
The second half had few highlights, but Heorhiy Bushchan's outstanding save was one of them. Bukayo Saka struck powerfully from long range, but Bushchan reacted magnificently to tip the ball onto the crossbar.
Harry Maguire had a chance to score the winning goal in the 85th minute when the ball fell to him following a free-kick, but he received a caution for a foul after lunging and making contact with Bushchan.
Ukrainian fans celebrated the final whistle as if it were a victory, and the players responded by applauding the supporters. The team plays all their "home" games in Poland due to Russian aggression. "An amazing result for us. England is one of the best teams in the world," said Zinchenko. "The atmosphere was incredible. It felt like we were playing at home. I sincerely hope we can play at home very soon."
The match took place at the same stadium where, two weeks earlier, Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Oleksandr Usyk defeated Briton Daniel Dubois.
Ukraine lost to England 2:0 at Wembley in March 2023, but coach Sergei Rebrov, since taking over in June, has transformed the team's fortunes, ensuring two victories and a draw in the Euro 2024 qualifiers.

On September 12th, Bushchan's team faced the Italian national squad. Italy attacked from the outset and had a few chances before taking the lead in the 12th minute due to some good fortune. Ukrainian midfielder Heorhiy Sudakov slipped under the pressure from Mattia Zaccagni, who surged forward and then laid the ball off to Frattesi, who drove it low into the net.
Unlike previous games, Italy maintained their intensity, even though their second goal on the 29th minute was even more fortuitous. A shot from Nicolo Zaniolo ricocheted off Frattesi and Giacomo Raspadori, then fell to Frattesi, who managed to find the target. However, even he seemed to think it was offside. Nevertheless, the goal stood.
Italy seemed on course for a straightforward victory, but just before the break, Ukraine pulled one back. Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma made a great save denying Artem Dovbyk, but Yarmolenko was quickest to the rebound and slotted the ball into an empty net.
Italy could have sealed the win in the second half, but Raspadori and Scamaccini shot wide, while Manuel Locatelli fired just past the crossbar.
In the end, Italy managed to defeat Ukraine 2:1, thanks to two goals from Davide Frattesi. The Inter Milan midfielder scored both goals in a first half dominated by Italy before Andriy Yarmolenko pulled one back for Ukraine four minutes before the break.
Italy moved into second place in Group C, surpassing Ukraine with a rematch scheduled for November 20th. The Azzurri have played one game less than both Ukraine and England. Speaking of which, the English team leads the group by six points.
"Italy didn't surprise us because they play really well," said Ukraine's coach, Sergei Rebrov. "Italy played a very intense game, sometimes we couldn't keep up with their pace."
