Bohdan Sarnavsky prepares for new challenges in the Polish first league

The 34-year-old goalkeeper is actively working in training, undertaking a large volume of work focused on developing and perfecting skills necessary for successful goal defense. This includes reaction training, catching balls with hands from close and far distances, improving movement skills, including running, jumping, and quick shifts in the goal. Sarnavsky also practices ball exits, working with defenders, shots, and ball clearances, as well as a lot of physical preparation to better respond to game situations.
