The young goalkeeper was first noticed in the final tournament of the children's and youth league of Ukraine. Heorhiy was named the best goalkeeper of the competition. After that event Bushchan was invited to Dynamo and Metalist - Heorhiy chose the Kiev’s club. For a long time, he played in the youth teams of Dynamo and in 2014-2015 - in the reserve squads of Dynamo-2 in the First League. Bushchan successfully made his debut as a member of the main team of "Dynamo" in 2017 in a match against "Stal Kamianske” in the championship of Ukraine. Kiev won 4: 1.

In the competition of the 4th stage of the European Cup against the Swiss team "Young Boys", the Ukrainians won 0: 1. In the 2019/2020 season, Buschan played 28 out of 45 matches for the main team of Dynamo. In the 2020/21 season, he played for Dynamo in all tournaments until the October break, including the match against Belgian K.A.A. “Gent” (the playoff round of the UEFA Champions League) - the Kievites won 3-0. Buschan played “whitewash” - and FC Dynamo entered the group stage of the Champions League for the first time in 4 years. As part of the national team, Buschan showed his professionalism in the match against Spain. Ukraine won 1: 0 and Heorhiy was named the best player.
