The coaching staff of Real Madrid has made a decision about who will be the team's first goalkeeper in the near future. According to the Spanish publication Relevo, the excellent performance of Andriy Lunin in recent matches has convinced head coach Carlo Ancelotti of the necessity to put the Ukrainian in goal, preferring him over Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Lunin, having played in 12 games this season for Real Madrid and conceding 11 goals, has proven his quality, while Kepa conceded 18 goals in 18 matches. Ancelotti also appreciates the diligence and dedication Lunin shows towards training: during a recent day off, he went for an extra training session at Valdebebas, Real Madrid's training ground. His ambition and continuous improvement in aerial play and saves have boosted his confidence on the field.
It's also noted that in Real Madrid's tight match schedule against Las Palmas, Atletico, Girona, and Leipzig, there's no room for frequent goalkeeper rotation, which negatively affects the goalkeepers' confidence and increases the number of mistakes by defenders. Due to instability in goalkeeper selection, Real Madrid's defense conceded 9 goals in the last 5 games.
Now the coaching staff, supported by the players and the club's management, plans to confirm Lunin as the first choice, ending the discussion about the goalkeeper selection. Real Madrid, reportedly, has offered Lunin a new contract until 2030, with his salary increased to 5.5 million euros per year, which is three million more than his current earnings.

The brand Brave GK is preparing to launch its new model of goalkeeper gloves - Venom Black. These gloves have already piqued the interest of Real Madrid's goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, who is eagerly anticipating their arrival. Currently, Lunin uses the first version of Venom gloves in white, but he will soon receive the updated black version. He played all his recent successful matches with the white Venom, essentially becoming the team's main goalkeeper.
The development of the new Venom Black model involved taking into account the wishes of Lunin and other Brave GK customers. As a result, the gloves have become more reliable, durable, and comfortable. They feature an improved sturdy design and a palm made of blue aqua latex, making them the perfect choice for players looking to elevate their game. The Brave GK Venom Black goalkeeper gloves have a 4 mm SUPREME latex layer and a 4 mm foam lining, providing excellent grip and exceptional ball control. Design improvements, including the removal of latex from the cuff and reinforcement of the structure, significantly increase their durability.
The rich blue aqua latex not only adds aesthetic appeal to the gloves but also improves grip in wet conditions, resistance to wear, flexibility, and water-repellent properties. The removable Velcro strap allows for the customization of the gloves to meet specific game needs, ensuring an optimal fit for precision or a more relaxed feel without it.
