Anastasia Terekh is currently playing for the Portuguese club "Leixões," which competes in the Second Division of the Portuguese Women's Championship (Serie B). In the 2022/2023 season, she defended the goal of "Internacional" (also Serie B), where she helped the team finish third in the standings. Afterward, Terekh and her compatriot Iryna Dubytska moved to "Leixões".
Following the previous season, Terekh’s new club, "Leixões," finished second in their group, three points ahead of "Internacional," but lost the lead to "Atletico."
