  • Biography of Artem Yuryevich Odintsov

    Artem Yuryevich Odintsov was born on November 9, 2000, in the city of Khartsyzk, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine. He began his football career at the local football academy, where he received his foundational training as a goalkeeper. After moving to Mariupol, Artem played for local amateur teams, continually refining his skills and gaining valuable match experience.

    In 2019, Odintsov signed a contract with the Hungarian club Kisvárda, where he spent his first season playing for the U19 youth team. He made his debut for the main squad on September 19, 2020, in the Hungarian Cup against Kecskéd KSK. His first appearance in the top division came on May 9, 2021, when he substituted for goalkeeper Dávid Dombó in a match against Paksi FC. During his time with Kisvárda, Artem played in 10 Hungarian championship matches, keeping six clean sheets. In the 2021/2022 season, Kisvárda qualified for an international cup competition for the first time in the club's history. Odintsov guarded the net in four UEFA Europa Conference League qualification matches against Kazakhstan's Kairat and Norway's Molde.

    On June 16, 2023, Odintsov signed a contract with DiósgyÅ‘r (DVTK), a club competing in Hungary's top division. He made his official debut on October 1, 2023, in a match against Kecskemét. Under the guidance of Ukrainian coach Serhiy Kuznetsov, DiósgyÅ‘r continues to deliver consistent performances, with Odintsov playing a crucial role in the team's defense. He regularly takes to the field, showcasing his abilities as a confident, high-level goalkeeper.
